- Terms and Conditions
Reception
Arrivals are from 15h to 22h. As for departures, they perform until 11:00.
Payment
Credit cards (VISA / MASTERCARD), cash, checks and wire transfers accepted.
We reserve the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to arrival.
Please note that a fee of € 1 .50 (not included in the price) will be added to the price of the stay per person per night.
Cancellation
If canceled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
By cons, if canceled or modified later or no-show, you will be asked to pay an amount equal to the first night.
Children and extra beds
One child under 2 years can stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
Up to two further children under 2 years old can stay free of charge for cots. Note that the maximum number of baby cots in a room is 2.
Extra beds or cots are upon request and need to be confirmed before you arrival.
Pets
Pets are not allowed in our hotel.
Smokers
Family rooms, non-smoking. All Public and Private spaces are non-smoking.
